Seasonal Well-being Walks

So the Spring is a wonderful time to walk and talk helping us to plan, develop ideas and think about how to put into place our best intentions.

The summer can be an energising time for personal growth where we can develop ourselves and our plans, putting things into action. Walking and having fruitful conversations can motivate us to be at our very best at home, and at work. 

Autumn is a fantastic time to walk and reflect. The colours of this season can inspire in many ways, would you want to be brave in your endeavors or career, or you may conclude that you have achieved what you hoped and there can find harmony in this season. 

 

Winter offers a further opportunity to reflect, and can help us to think about how to restore our energy, and think about what the future holds for us. For those of us affected by the shorter days it is an opportunity to connect with nature and remind ourselves that it is our friend.

All of these seasonal walks create the opportunity for improved mindfulness.  

Walk a bit, and talk a bit .. and see where it takes you.
